Science at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
In Key Stage 1 and 2, science teaching should offer opportunities for children to:
• Develop knowledge and understanding of important scientific ideas, processes and skills and relate these to everyday experiences
• Learn about ways of thinking and of finding out about and communicating ideas
• Explore values and attitudes through science

Science at Key Stage 3
In Years 7-9, pupils build on their scientific knowledge and understanding and make connections between different areas of science. Topics of study include Energy and Fuels, Reproduction, The Solar System, Food and Digestion, Weathering and Erosion, The Rock Cycle, Chemical Reactions and much more!
